The team was put together for the management of one of the most important commercial channels with yearly sales in the amount of approximately $70 million, in a company with yearly sales of 11.1 billion dollars. The integration of the team saved the client 2.2 million dollars in operational costs.
Corporate Finance
In charge of a multi-million dollar merger. Saved 4 million dollars as a result of the financial and operational merger. Major lines of business: Manufacturing and commercialization of soap, edible oil, frozen chicken, wheat flour, animal feed, and mass consumption products, representing combined sales of more than 100 million dollars annually.

Education Consulting

Generated 1 million dollars of net profit in the postgraduate studies department of a major U.S. university, a 500% increase in one year.

Pension Reform
While working as Vice-Minister of Social Security of Nicaragua, I designed the full proposal for the Reform of the Nicaraguan Pension System. It was backed by the IMF and financed by the World Bank. I was the author of a book containing the pension reform proposal, which was passed by Congress.
Competitiveness in Agroindustry
As cluster director of the Presidential Competitiveness Commission, I created and consolidated the main conglomerates of the national economy: coffee, milk, meat, banana, cocoa, free zones, wood furniture, and tourism. Financed by the World Bank
